As I mentioned a while ago, I’ve been reviewing Mama Mio’s Bootcamp for Tummies. I was super excited to receive the kit, and then wound up moving pretty much just as it came. I immediately used it for two or three days, then became totally overwhelmed by a billion things I had to take care of and neglected it for a bit. So, I’m sorry to you ladies for delaying the review – and sorry to Mama Mio for being lame.
Anyway! I’ve been using the products routinely for the past two or three weeks. Stupid me, I thought the kit/routine was going to be harder to fit into my schedule than it is. Here’s some info directly from Mama Mio about the kit, and my thoughts afterwards!

I have to start by saying that I think I have a lot more “tummy” than Bootcamp for Tummies is intended to combat. My bet is that women who only have a few pounds to use, or aren’t so much concerned with losing weight – but have a bulge or “pooch” in the stomach area will flip for this kit.
That’s not to say that I haven’t seen results or enjoyed the product! The exercises are easy and really do take about four minutes. I have the instructions propped up on my vanity table, and I do the exercises while I’m doing my makeup in the morning (or, ah, afternoon). The instructions are simple, and are accompanied by a diagram AND an explanation of why the exercise will be effective. Unlike some “easy” sounding exercises, I can actually feel the two in this program working my abs. I don’t want to get into it any more or else I’ll give away Mama Mio’s Top Secret Strategy!
The Tummy Toner & Get Waisted serums are my favorite part of the kit – is that surprising? If I wasn’t a bit lazy, I wouldn’t have this problem, right? Tummy Toner comes first, and has a cool, tingly sensation. Then comes Get Waisted, which is a creamy, soothing formula.
I have noticed an improvement in the size and shape of my stomach. I’ve added a new exercise routine to my life as well, so I’m not sure which should take more credit for this. Now, the improvement of texture? That’s ALL Bootcamp for Tummies. My stomach skin is smoother, firmer, and actually appears to have less stretch marks. This isn’t part of Mama Mio’s claims, but the scar on my torso also appears to be smaller and less noticeable.
If you’ve added working out to your routine, I highly recommend Mama Mio’s Bootcamp for Tummies as a reward to aim for and buy yourself when you’re near or have reached your goal – as a great way to take care of that final stomach shaping! And if your tummy isn’t your problem, there are several other Bootcamp systems (including Boobs & Butts) and other products to address basically any other body issue you’re plagued by!
