A few days ago, I was shopping online for a pair of Converse shoes for my boyfriend. Normally, I shop around for the best deal and spend time comparing prices- but the pair he wanted was only available on one site. However, that didn’t mean I wasn’t going to get a great deal!
A year or so ago, I learned the amazing money saving possibilities of promotional codes. Some websites mail codes to their email subscribers, but a lot of them have to be hunted for. However, that doesn’t mean the codes aren’t available and ready to be used! The best way to find them is to search “promotional codes” or “coupon codes” attached to the retailers name.
One of my favorite sites is Retail Me Not. It’s super easy to use, keeps a record of all the coupons users have discovered, and allows users to comment on whether or not the code worked for them (sometimes they expire without warning, only work in certain states, etc.). I did a quick search for codes pertaining to the shoe site- and found one off that was good for 20% off AND free shipping! That discount saved me $12.40 on the merchandise, and probably abou $8 for shipping. Simple, easy, and a great way to save cash!
There’s a huge selection of coupon codes available for Sephora.com orders. Here are some examples of current promos (I can’t promise they work!):
~”CUPCAKE” Free shower gel with $25 purchase
~”TANMIST” Free to-go size with every Sevin Nyne tanning mist
~”SHIPKITS” Free shipping on Sephora Favorites kits
What an easy way to save money!
