- Work on improving your sleep. A natural way to alleviate anxiety is to sleep. Make a few changes such as not using screens before bedtime and avoiding large meals before you go to sleep. This can put your body into rest mode rather than one that’s adjusting or trying to calm down. To really help you to sleep, consider buying a weighted blanket to help you to feel more secure while you sleep.
- Consider meditation. Meditation can help you to slow down your racing thoughts and this makes it much easier to manage your stress and reduce your anxiety. Many people out there try a wide range of meditation during yoga to help with anxiety and often it works.
