Tonight I bring you…
1. Lisa Everett Designs. At $8.50 a piece, her hand painted pendants are an absolute steal! They range in shape, size, and design… but I’ve yet to encounter one that didn’t make me glare angrily at unemployment. She also has a range that offers beautiful crystal adornments (these will run you $11.50-still not bad!). Below is one of my favorites, but I’m sure that she stocks something for every taste!
2. Gearbunny! Allison is something of an e-friend of mine, but that certainly doesn’t make me biased when it comes to her jewelry! Seriously, this girl seems to be flawless at everything she puts her mind to! And that definitely includes the Gearbunny merch! All of her pieces have a very catchy flare, yet there’s nothing mainstream about them! Earrings, necklaces, barrettes… oh my! Her “gear” features very non traditional imagery, including caricature teeth, hearts with batwings, skulls, tentacles, stitches, video gaming, and anatomically correct hearts! However, there’s nothing dark about her work… In fact, even the most “gruesome” pieces have a very upbeat vibe! My current lemming is pictured below:
If you don’t have enough to splurge on a $20 necklace (although something that gorgeous AND handcrafted is definitely worth the dough), you can still stock up on her smaller items (a pair of googly-eyed frog earrings will only run you $5!). If you’re feeling a little more spendy, don’t hesitate to check out Allison’s newest e-boutique: Lapinjade. Over there, you’ll find gorgeous treasures like this one:

I’d love to bring you more photos from this Etsy shop, but Blogspot finds it appropriate to casually have sex with my good intentions, then never call me again. Therefore, you’re just going to have to check the shop out for yourself! It’s definitely worth a browse… And if you’re thinking, “I could do this myself!” while you look at her pieces: Yeah, I know you could–but when somebody’s done it for you, why bother? Besides, most of you aren’t going to attempt at DIY project in the near future. Suck it up and spend the $6. You know you want to.
I leave you with one final, non-Etsy related photo. Along with my box o’ Bliss, I also got my Target sweaters! Here’s a photo of me in one of them. Be forgiving… I’d just eaten half of Ruby Tuesday’s. I also wore next to no makeup today, as I wasn’t planning on going out–then didn’t have time to add any before I left!
Now it’s your turn! What are YOUR favorite Etsy shops?

I love you in that outfit! Pink is a great color for you and that sweater is adorable (I just bought a similar one in cream at Old Navy!). I definitely need to check out Etsy.

Thank you! I have pictures of me in the lime green one, but I just looked a hot mess. Winter depresses the heck out of me, so I try to stock up on some bright pieces for dreary days.
And yes, Etsy! It’s amazing! I always forget to look there when I want new “stuff” so I hope this post inspires somebody to get over there and support local artists!
